你的“注意”—內向—造成你失去“心致”—外向接觸‧滑雪時，全身各部隨時隨地都在動/變化，其原因就是要保持腳對雪板的壓力，所以你可以控制你的滑線和保持平衡，你卻說你不知道腳是怎麼用力的嗎？“傾角”決定你可以轉多快、轉的夠不夠，不是你“轉得夠多”就可以達到高傾角的；光學/練個“樣子”你是學/練不出高階滑雪的。

pku 寫:First of all, you need to clearify you can ski 90% of the video of Chuck Martin or 90% the way Bernd Greber. They are using totally different technique to ski mogul.

Second, if you can ski 90% like either of them, you are really a ski master and the top of the top non professional skier in the world. Skiing less than 70 days and get to the top of the top, most likely a day dream.

是的，這兩種都是不同的風格及滑法，但我不知為什麼，練通我的方法後，要輕易切換這兩種風格，對我來說不太困難。

Chuck Martin的方法可以很明顯的看出來，他用在伸展及收縮的動作較多，Bernd Greber的伸展收縮用的較少，但他的切換邊很快。一個走直的，一個走橫的。其實兩個人的方法是可以互通使用的，只是看個人喜好而已。

我可以剪一段我說的個人心法DVD 教學影片的其中一段練習動作，花點想像力看一下囉。

我之前的斜坡碰撞已貼過，我就不再貼了。下面這段當分享囉，不過練得還不夠熟練，離下次滑雪還久的很，不急一時，下次我滑饅頭的技術將會拉高很多。，會就是會，平地跟饅頭地形對我來講沒有差別的。

在“物理”上，你需要一個“支點”才能用力，滑雪時你的“腹腰”懸空、在動，你的“支點”在那？那示範者，Chuck Martin，做的是腹部伸收而不是腳的伸縮，你90%做不到的是真的。

norman 寫:我的點杖方式呀CSIA確實不同，這點我必須要承認。

不過我的點杖方式比較接近PMTS，因為我稱這個動作叫做「收縮釋壓」，也就是說我過饅頭是不會有碰撞的感覺的，當然，平地是看不出來的，唯一能看得出來的是我之前拍碰撞側斜坡的動作。碰撞的那一剎那，我是完全沒感覺到任何反彈力或一頓的感覺的，這就是收縮釋壓的功效。

在平地滑跟實際在饅頭上滑是不太一樣的，在平地滑得製造較多的動量，是比較費力一點點，在饅頭過後雙板是懸空的反而不費力，這便是差別。

bernd的動作是比較難，不過我可以先完成chuck Martin的動作，接下來就能完成bernd的動作了。bernd的動作之所以較難，是因為他的tipping做得很快，角度傾得又足夠，所以看起來上半身幾乎不動很穩定的，這我確實有個專門練tipping這個動作的，再多練到我下次滑雪也已經太足夠了。

另外，如果你的點杖是對的，那今天你的滑饅頭動作就不止是這樣子的功力了。

對了，下次要很快滑出我說的動作，藍紅線的饅頭我比較有把握，黑線以上的饅頭我就得練一下試試看才知道了。

norman 寫:雙腳為何要用力？如何防止自改跌倒？這個說法我就不能想像了，因為我現在只覺得越來越不需要用到腳力了，雙腳伸展時算不算用力？收縮時算不算用力？可是以我滑直排輪都不覺得費力，看來只有試了滑雪才知道吧？

pku 寫:我點杖是有問題，這是事實，開始時學得差，壞習慣多，冇辦法。所以一直沒有考level 3 ，雖然現在改好很多，而考官也說我過level 3 skiing 已沒問題，但已不想考，因已不想教也不想花一千塊錢拿個名，還可能過不到教那部份，又要花錢，不如同朋友一起滑開心多。

你是中級，也是不爭的事實。當滑雪時遇到速度快，雪況不理想，協調便會變差，這些問題每個人都有，只是你活在夢中，又不敢面對現實。不如等多幾年，又找些借口，又多等幾年，等我們都不滑雪，便算了。你滑直排輪模倣滑雪那麼生硬，越想模倣便越不自然，還說下次滑雪怎樣怎樣，你直排輪練好的先講。

pku 寫:你滑慢時可不需用力是可以，當速度快時和坡度倒些時雪板壓力相應增加，肌肉便會收縮，便會有用力的感覺，你滑直排輪每次都只轉幾次，當然不需用力，滑些又倒又長的雪道，你試試需不需用力。在家講當然不需用力。

That was my 3rd attempt. I received approvals from all three examiners. After so much hardwork and effort, with so many people's help (trainers and friends), a significant milestone has been reached. That was the toughest part of getting the L2 certification. My assignment to myself for this summer is reading books (teaching books) to prepare for next season's teaching exam. 我的級數你是針對2011年的影片所得的結論，你說中級便中級吧。

反正離我下次出門還有兩年左右吧？所以我並不急，但現在這情況就好像是我在講2010年的動作跟2011年的動作會有很大的差別，是一樣的道理，我很確定我下次拍影片的動作會一樣跟2011年會有很明顯很大的差別的，我先前證一次已足了，這次不急證囉。



事實上，在2011年時，我就幾乎感覺不到腳上的用力了，越到最後一天越輕鬆，而現在我肯定會比2011年更輕鬆，同地形下饅頭的速度應該可以再提高兩倍。

如果懂得方法，轉幾次跟轉很多次都是一樣的，最多就是站久了腳也會酸是同樣的道理而已。

pku 寫:The snow was so good and the runs are not steep at all. Watch your video when you are in the deep snow, you can't even make a turn.

norman 寫:這個麼，未來真有機會一起滑，不就最清楚了。

光靠拍片人力有限，就算下次真的跟LELO一起出門滑雪，他的能力我還不清楚是不是夠不夠，那段黑線小彎是我在那雪場唯一找到最陡的整理過的斜坡了，只是我朋友是坐在雪地上拍的，視角讓你覺得不陡，我也沒辦法囉。

另外後半段的饅頭亂雪堆地形，我朋友也都是坐著拍的，我哪知坐下來拍之後，饅頭就不見了，早知就請我朋友累一點站著拍好了，然後再挑個好位置及距離再拍，那陡度感就會出現了。
