He is holding counter at the end of the turn. I think he did the same thing with TFR. What is the purpose in these scenarios? I personally hold counter at the end of the turn and it depends on the steepness of the slop because I am chicken so I like to bring the board around quickly.

Counter Acting is the most difficult technique to understand. Harald said I don't have a chance to understand it until one day I join their camp. Anyway just take that its my current understanding. I m not sure if it make sense. Anyway I don't use CA nowadays. I treat the whole body as one piece after learning trampoline turns.
Imagine one is square to the skis at end of turns with a pair of long/short legs. He releases and immediately trying to start a new turn. At this very moment because his old inside hip(new outside hip) is uphill and he wanted to start a new turn. Now his new inside hip and the whole inside trunk is below his new outside half, he will get caught inside easily. Just look at our great master you ll see he always start his turn with his inside skis. So he always practice while pass turns without knowing it. He look like great, of course, a level 9. I think some people are strong enough to change the situation while he is the lightest during neutral can fix that for sure.
I also think its easy to get into defensive mode while its steeper, because no one want to die and they just killing some speed by introducing some checking near end of turn. That will kill all CA.
