No, that has nothing to do with the question "what's the difference between "instructing" or "coaching,"" or are you a "ski instructor," or "ski coach"?
Tiger Woods has a coach not an instructor.
Yes, do you know why? (hint: what can a golf instructor teach Tiger Woods how to golf technically?)
Martin skising is not bad, but not really special, Most CSIA L 4 can ski better than him.
Nevertheless, what do you mean "better," by what "standards"?
You don't even got any certification, a terminal L2 is still mcuh higher than you get nothing.
Certification is given by people, which can be 良莠不齊, only when they can withstand the test of the old man "gravity" can they be claimed themselves a good skier; before that, it is only a terminal L2.
You only can boost your skiing by your own created system.
Taichi Skiing is beyond you terminal L2 can fathom. Have you heard about「以意使力」,或是「以氣運身」, that is to say, use thinking to move the body?

Don't show your boring video again and again. It's only causual skier ski down the mountain. Strong skier is able to finr a pre-determine line and ski that line the fast.
Skiing on those flat and boost 以意使力 , but like doing push hand with a 5 years old kid and boost how good one are.
That's why you got kick out by PSIA, no knowlege, but only stealing the terms
Bernd is steering his skis all through but you are just imitiating the form and let the sidecut of the skis to help you make the turn. Bernd 's skis didn't got much sidecut but still be able to make the turn so nice and round.
Since you don't have the steering effort so you skis got much more sliding. Your oustide ski lip out quite a bit in the transition 中間雙腳開了
Also you look mcuh stiffer than Bernd.
To compare your skiing with Bernd is an insult to Bernd

Actually, there's nothing more boring than your shameless denial over and over and over and again. Keep your boring insinuation to yourself. When you cannot do it, don't tell us how a stronger skier can do, you ain't one.

Talking about "stealing the terms," it is you who don't know what your terms were talking about. And one more time, retarded, "I was never a member of PSIA, so they cannot kick me out."
All you denials are what make you the terminal L2, proven.

You are the one doing the shameless denial since nobody agree with your skiing here. you got kicked out the first day you try to get the certificate.
The skier is the student of Steve Angus, should be Karston Family instucted by Steve Angus.
You even said his movements are correct. OH G

Norman - You lecture like a master. Pathetic! If you can be a bit humble to ask, people will be glad to tell you what you don't know. The worst thing is rejecting learning without knowing one's own limitation or how shaky one's skill is.

It's so obvious that you are far from 以意使力,
It sounds like a terminal case of self-deceiving and denial. Yup, "can't do, can't learn, can't progress," suit yourself, terminal L2.
Why Bernd stand taller than the Richard Berger now is because of the equiment. Without shape skis, one can't stay low and edge and pressure the skis right away and need ti do much obvious up unweighing. Let the flat skis turn longer and then edge. Richard Berger and Bernd were both demo team of Austia. Bernd got few times Technical Champion in Japan and Ruchard Berger got once according to my memory. Their skiing was much alike.
When skiing the bumps, Martin did a lot of pivoting and Bernd did much less and Bernd edge much earlier than Martin. On alpine skiing, the one can edge earlier and still being able to control well is considered higher skill.
The one can ski fast and still be able to coordinate well and in a control manner is considered a better skier than one skiing slower with control. That's why Bernd is very obvious the much better and stronger skier.
For Martin, most of his student level are intermediate skiing so teach the way he ski bumps are nothing wrong but Martin skiing is not special. Paul introduce you the book because your skiing level is Martin's target student. About Bernd's short turn, his edging started almost at the fall line while Richard Berger can edge way before the fall line now. Bernd got the best skill but his equipment can't compare with those nowaday.
There is still a lot you don't know about the skiing although you may sometimes can tell some difference of 2 skiers. Don't pretend to be a master.
Austrian skiing is one of the best since most of the instructor got racing background so for sure their skiing are stronger than CSIA.

At least I'll get into some lesson and get myself updated while you use yourself as the standard and still got stuck
You don't learn so of course you can't learn.
You don't try to do something you can't do at the end , you can't do forever.
Because of this, you can't progress so love to stay on the cattrack and all those wide open trees runs do you so call smooth skiing and post them again and again.
The problems is still no one from anywhere can agree with your skiing ( except Norman did before ) and you can only tell people doing the shameless denial.

Yup, "on the 'net, your mind goes anywhere, but arrives nowhere." Talking about "stuck," I can do powder and trees, ski off-piste, do pipes and terrain parks, and I can ski fast on trails, ski smoothly on cattracks, as well as do the bumps and moguls, and tele, and snowboarding, and etc., what can you do besides your half-baked "poled linked short turns" and shameless denial? You don't know what "standard" means.
You don't learn so of course you can't learn.

What you little knowledge doesn't know is "no one from anywhere" is only your little knowledge shameless insinuation, as well as an illegitimate inference, so it is you who are doing lying, 自欺欺人, what skiing technqiues you have "improved" this season? or stuck as usual? Yup, your perpetuated shameless denials continue.

I said your skiing is ok but just a skier on the middle of the run, nothing spectacular
Skiing fast and smooth on cattrack and trail is easy.
no need to post all the time again and again

I learnt a lot and the most I learn is; I still need to learn a lot.You want to get approval of your skiing is excellent on the net but still nobody give you any credit.
May be you should show us the credit given to you by anybody, otherwise it's you keep doing the shameless denial over and over and again, showing your boring, retarded skiing over and over again

My stance & balance is better, my pressure control is better, my steering skill is better and the timing and coordianation is better and the most important thing is there are still a lot of room I can improve. But you've already stuck since you use your skiing as the standard

But nevertheless, you think that your "poled linked short turns" are more "spectacular"? Yup, terminal L2. Given that, it also proves that you know little about the full spectrum of the "all-mountain" skiing, which also proves you are a little knowledge. Yes, skiing is supposed as simple as easy as they look, until you try to do it yourself. In the realm of highend skiing, if you cannot "see"/think of it, you probably cannot do it, and if you cannot do it, you probably won't see it. A good clip really worth to see it many many times; I've shown this clip before; nevertheless, did you see that I was doing “以意使力”,“以氣運身”in there?
taichiskiing 寫: Yup, a terminal L2's perpetuated 自欺欺人.

No, I can back up my words any time, but you only know how to lie through your teeth.

前途 means how far you can go in your skiing development. Given the "Total Body Automation"/TBA is the final/ultimate goal of all skiing, your "Poled Linked Short Turns"/PLST and carving technique only make you 1/3 capacity of the full spectrum of skiing, and you're stuck at that level, 前途無亮.

You've got a lot to learn alright, but don't think that you are heeding your own finding. And only a little knowledge thinks that people need his approval for being excellence. When you cannot do what I do, what kind of credit you can give to me?
May be you should show us the credit given to you by anybody, otherwise it's you keep doing the shameless denial over and over and again, showing your boring, retarded skiing over and over again
Nevertheless, when you cannot do my "retarded skiing," what makes you? Retarded.

Drills all over again, eh? 換湯不換藥, that's how you get stuck. Beyond the TBA, Taichi Skiing flows with gravity and becomes "oneness with gravity"—“人地合一”—when one flows with gravity, it would never stuck. Guess my standard is too high for you to see.
Puting my ski video to comapare with Martin is ok for me but don't know what Martin's students think. I am only a weekend skier, nothing special of my skiing. But Martin is a professional ski instructor for 30 years.
Just take out the part of my skiing with Bernd since it's an insult to him. I can't even catch 1/3 of their speed or his almost perfect form.
