在初期，我的方法是先折股，折膝屬自然形成。後期是折膝、折股同時做，都是自然形成的動作，所以無分前後。

No, I don't see this. Norman likes to argue, but beg is not; he is just a jerk and a pathetic "net basher," people who shamelessly bashing people on the 'net to elevate their mutated egos, he has no arguments, but changing my words to do his 婆婦罵街, thinking he is saying something about me, but doesn't know that he says something more about himself, he has just exposed himself shamelessly but 自以為清高, how fake.

I always respect hard working skier.

Beg just like arguing, try not to argue with him, try skiing with him.

I have figured that beg may think he's a good skier, and a smart mouth (自以為會說話，會罵人), and only to prove himself as shameless（結果弄的自己灰頭灰臉的）, so I didn't really bother with his shameless posts at first, not until Norman started to praise his mediocre skiing for his own defense, then I have to point out their mediocrity and I started to play with him. (No hijacking allowed.) He maybe a good skier, but only on the blue runs, which makes him a mediocre skier in "all-mountain" skiing. And I probably won't take him to where I normally ski, too dangerous for him; an arrogant friend is not an assess but a liability.

我都沒講什麼呀，我只是發現太極兄的話拿講他自己的行為正好，不想理會還一直追著不放一直講，我都沒回應任何一個字呢，所以我應該不在潑婦罵街的行列中才是。
