So, flatboarding plus pure-carving forms the full spectrum of all skiing techniques. So, if we examine all skier populations, there are more skiers flatboarding than they realize; yes, my system is bigger than yours.

pku 寫:I am comparing 20000 CSIA member with your much less than 10 ( still like intermediate type ) member system.

Press the edge to turn is more for advance skier and intermediate skier like you can't press the edge to turn once the slope got difficult. You use upper body to start the turn once slope get steeper. You so call carving is a joke. WC racers can carve and leave 2 pencil lines on the slope on steep groomed but you can't do it even on gentle slope. You just steal the terms. WC racers just need more sidecut skis to be able to carve short turns but you can't even may short turns once the groomed slope get a bit steeper. That's true many skier ski similar to your skiing, Ski slow, tranverse once the slope is steep, there is more intermedate skiers like you than advance, expert skier.
