從第一篇的建議我已說過了，如果不是學我的方式，就算知道我那小訣竅也是沒有用的，不然如我說的beg1的第2段影片，也就是這雪季，拍出來應該是像beg2的第一段跟第二段的綜合體，所以我一直覺得怪怪的，沒把話說死也在於這裏。

這就要看你什麼計算了，練對的話，練一個小時等同滑雪日一天。

目前總滑天數54天。繼續累積中...我想滑雪。

沒計算耶，看您要從我心法大成時開始計算，還是從我還在研究時計算，如果是從我的樓梯練習法的心法第一步大成開始計算的話，剛好是從2006年開始練。到現在大概是150個小時左右吧？

這樣算，加起來大師滑雪天數有 200 天了。問題是大師老是拿五十幾天在跟人比較。這樣對嗎

經過beg兄的事後，我反而比較想明年後再出門拍，什麼叫兩年以上不滑雪也能有大進步的動作。
