Norman's jumping exercise could be used as an exercise to train the movement... :)
Jumping rope is more effective exercise training for moguls than both of their methods. And what Norman showed that he 收縮雙腳 up in the air "收縮釋壓" is his fallacy, without he jumped up first, he couldn't do the 收縮雙腳 up in the air, so his supporting point/支點 was on his feet, before he jumped, and he didn't show how he landed, which is the critical part of any jumping. And notice what, he was in his "street shoes" not rollerblade, any young athlete worth its salt can do what he did. You are right that he didn't prove anything, but made a fool out of himself, again.

However, 1) I also really want to 睇下一跳三伸縮 . :)
2), what's the "pressure" value on your foot through your whole jump movement? What "pressure" has been reduced after your retract your legs up in the air?
Does it means, your "主動收縮" doesn't need to retract your legs? Otherwise, once you retracted your legs, you will need to extend it which also takes time. So what do you mean?
4) "事實上最好的C彎壓力應該是平衡的,即不增加壓力,也不減少壓力,唯有這樣才能真正達到省力技術的要求。"
Do you really thing that the best turn in this world will maintain the same pressure through different phase of the turn? I will give you another chance to think about this, and we could open another topic for it.
5) "我認為最高水準的方式,不靠外力也不需要太極說的支點"
In your exercise, if there is no 外力, how do you jump up in the air using just internal force? Please explain. Skier888 already asked and we knew/assumed what you did. Don't say that it is your secret. You know what you did.
6) "我接下來要練習的就是在碰撞產生反震力的一瞬間,就開始拉起我的雙腳就行了,做到了,自然就不會有任何反震力的感覺了"
Have you estimated how much pressure you are able to "absorb" by retracting your legs? And what're you going to do when pressure is above your limit?
7) more, but too lazy to type...

Here is what I want to say, MH showed in the gym is an exercise to train your core and leg movement. It doesn't show how/why/what is "收縮釋壓". What showed in Norman's video, is also a movie which showed he 收縮雙腳 up in the air, it also doesn't show how/why/what is "收縮釋壓". By saying this, I disagree that "這動作是不是比Martin Heckelman的證明又更有力". Both videos don't 證明 anything.
壓力 is invisible, unless you go measure it, you aren't showing it. If you really want to show it, sit on a chair with a bathroom scale in front of you. Press down your legs and see the reading, then release your legs and tell me what's the reading. That would showing it.
Norman's jumping exercise could be used as an exercise to train the movement, however, I think what MH showed in the gym is much effective. I will tell you why later. :)
