pku 寫:Just want to show you what is high end skiing. Nobody claim their skiing is high end here except you. It's not us doing the shameless denial, just you can't face the reality. Your skiing is good for a 60+ recreation skier. Can't consider good for a skier ski 100 days a season for many years.
That's only to say that you have a narrow definition of what is "highend." In our "all inclusive" all-mountain skiing, when you cannot do trees and powder skiing, you cannot be a "double diamond" class skier, as you can't ski double diamond terrain, and if you are not a "double diamond" class, you cannot be a "real" highend skier. Do you think you qualify?
Richard Berger can ski those bumps on one skis, of course without poles, jump on each bumps but you need to buy the video to see that. i know you won't pay to watch it since you won't spend money on something you'll be jealous. I watch his videos for more than 100 times. We won't be able to see his tree skiing since no professional camera man can catch up with his speed, his video is for sale, not for us to disuss. Not like you video, posting again and again and force us to watch.
I'm not picking on Richard Berger but your name-dropping to boast your little knowledge's image; no, you are not Richard Berger!

'Stuck on your little "poled linked short turns" technique, eh? Yup, little mentality does thing like that. No, we don't do such tedious sterile runs like that.

Can't read, eh, or in your shameless denial? Only "poled linked short turns" that cannot get onto the vert of the superpipe make short turns on the floor.

I know that you cannot do it for sure; I still have the video you posted on the epicski asking for MA years ago, do you mind if I post it on youtube? Or better yet, if you can find out the thread, that was interesting reading. And your recent tree run video is also mediocre, which is basically a trial run in the trees, not a "tree skiing," want to redeem yourself to show something that you actually "can" do?

i don't shoot the video doesn't mean I can't do it. i already show you my double black run skiing and even I skied much smoother than but you still said I can't do it.
I never said I am a high end skier but you are also far from a high end skier. There is no one in the real world will consider you a high end skier, just a skier can ski most of the mountain without much skiing technique, alpine skiing technique not tachiskiing own skiing technique.

your skiing on those so call double black is slow down, watch out, search for easy line (you call it line skiing ) while a high end skier will use a difficult line and ski fast in control to show his technique.

One of the good things of having the internet is that we can always find something to do when we are bored.

When we see someon walking a dog, we might sometimes say, this guy is enjoying walkng his dog.

But how do you know if the dog is not walking the guy (actually)? Maybe the dog is enjoying walking the guy. :face (46):

No, we know you cannot do it is not because you don't have the video clips but because your interpretation of skiing techniques, skills and knowledge; your all almighty priced "poled linked short turns" technique will not get you to the top of a vert of a gully, nor around the trees, nor linked turns in the powder. You just don't know what you don't know.

Of course you are not a high end skier; in fact, you probably don't even know what "high end" mean, care to define it? Before you can define what you mean on what you say, there's no real knowledge possible.

It appears wide open only because precision line skiing done by the master, and if you were in there, you'd be totally lost. Without precision line skiing, you cannot follow this guy through the trees.
