6.超過時,就是會起撞起引起有點失去平衡,如膝撞胸後的失衡,在空中就要做第二次極短的伸縮動作回復基準平衡就好了。
所以我提出我可以跳一次伸縮三次,代表我確實可以不需要靠外力就能做伸縮動作了。

1) Good job in showing us that your could extend/retract your legs. But you didn't show as your leg retraction could reduce pressure. Isn't that you ask us to show? You ask us to proof why "leg retraction" could "reduce pressure". Where's your proof?
2) Again, where is your proof? What's the pressure value? You didn't answer me.
3) "以腹腰為軸心" and once you retracted your legs, you will need to extend it, which is the same as "還要伸展時太花時間了". Why your way of leg retraction is better than other?
It is correct to "以腹腰為軸心", but your reasoning is so wrong.
4) Maybe one day you will learn more.
5) Again "一跳N回次伸縮" can't proof "收縮釋壓". It can proof that you could ""收縮", it can't proof anything with "釋壓".
6) But you said it is tiring to do the 2nd retraction. So how could you ski down a big mogul field without tiring where you can't always absorb enough. And when you comment PKU that he has to retract his legs after going off a mogul, what you think he is doing at that time? Is he also retracting to regain his pose and balance? What do you think?
