我一直認為“純刻”/pure-carving 只是一個半吊子的 "term inflation," 術語膨脹,在技術上的好壞只是在執行上“成度”的差別,技術本身都還是一樣的/差不多‧但是昨天下午跑步的時侯發現一個道理改變了這整個想法。
長話短說,昨天把車子拿進店/Midas小修,結果變成大修,所以我接受 manager 的建議,他免費送我回家‧回家的問題解決了,但是我又怎麼去拿車呢?那manager還答應等車子修好了來接我,真是很好的服務‧下午是我平常滑直排輪的時侯,但是沒有車,那也不能去,正無聊中,靈機一動,為什麼不自己走過去?距離大約4哩/6公里,年輕的時侯是一蹴就及的,所以在這種情況下都是用跑的,但是現在不只是年老風濕/arthritis使得左腿比右腿短兩寸,走路一拐一拐的,肌肉累了還會抽脛,還真不知道跑的到跑不到呢‧但是想想一般人走路的速度是四哩一小時,我有兩個鐘頭,邊跑邊步,我總是應該可以到的了的,同時可以做些運動,所以決定自己去‧跑了一哩多,呼吸循環都還好,但是臀部跟大腿變成很累,而跑的愈來愈慢而慢到比走路還慢,所以我換成走路,休息,走著走著忽然想到,走路跟跑步是兩種全然不同的動作而我們只能做一種而不能把它們混起來做;那是說,我們只能“走”或“跑”而“跑”就是跑的比走的慢,但是身體的動作還是在“跑”,所以跑是跑,走是走,動作上是不能混起來做的‧靈光一動,認識純刻與刻滑的差別就跟跑步走路差別的道理一樣的。
前面說過,刻滑的技術在壓邊而壓邊的技術在“倒”/tipping‧“倒”/tipping 是指重心/CoG跟腳/BoS之間相對位置(想想騎腳踏車時,當腳踏車太慢或是停時會怎麼“倒”法),這個“倒”的動作跟所有別的動作都不一樣,而“倒”與“不倒”也不能混起來做,所以“純刻”/pure-carving 不只是一個 "term inflation," 術語膨脹,同時也是一個特別的技術‧我們現在在看看什麼是“純刻”,什麼是“刻滑”,及它們的差別所在。
“倒”的目的是迅速的壓邊/edging,但是一般人有所不知,壓邊還有兩種:"carving edge"/“卡邊”(bite into the snow/slope) 跟 "slipping edge"/"drifting edge"/.../“滑邊”(slip away from where the snow contact);它們都可以“刻滑”/大轉,但是“滑邊”會有“斜滑”/slipping的現象而“卡邊”滑一道大約等寬的刻痕‧所以在刻滑/大轉的領域裡(板尾跟著板頭,tail follows tip),“卡邊”純刻,而“滑邊”只有刻滑了‧那是說,純刻的特性使得它自己成一國,所以“純刻”是“純刻”,而純刻一定是“刻滑”,但是反之則不然,刻滑不一定是/要純刻,所以“純刻”的要求比較高,所以“純刻”是比較高桿的技術。

換我講,是絕對講不出像您這麼清楚的分析的,我僅知道純刻算是獨特單一的。
另個問題,長短腳?這個不能治療嗎?
這讓我想起之前我腳拉傷時也發生長短腳的問題,後來讓國術師調整後,吃了幾周的中藥,還很多事不能做,花了兩個月才算治療好。

Well, over the years, my body has been used up more ways than one, so that is something I just have to live with it. Arthritis, according to Western medicine, is due to damaged "hyaline cartilage" (骨頭頂端的保謢層), which causes the bones contact each other when they move and that's what causes the pains, and the shrinkage in my left hip socket causes my left leg becomes shorter, and there are no cures... They don't know what causes arthritis, but blame it on aging, and their solutions are "joints" replacements. Nevertheless, from my own prospective and 功夫推拿 practice, those symptoms are only "obvious" external symptoms, (sometime it hurts even I'm not moving,) and internally, joints lose the flexibilities, harder to move, and muscles cramps, etc. all show signs what Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) refers as weakening of "liver"/肝[經] and "kidney"/腎[經] functions/功能, at my age, I'm right on it. It is not that scary, I just have to adapt my new (old) body and know where its limitations are; with leg cramps and all, I made that 4 miles in 90 mins.snowrider 寫:It sounds scary. 一隻腳長一隻短並不是問題,要好看的話,把短的那邊的鞋子墊高一點就可以了,但是我認為它不夠自然,小題大作‧事實上,我現在的想法是大部份的人的腿一定是不一樣長短的(長期習慣性的使用右腳或左腳使然),只是因為我們身體自己的修正,我們自己不覺得而己‧人說李小龍踼的好,他自己說那因為他左腿比右腿短三寸的關係(要是我記得的左右沒錯的話)‧現在想想,你們看過李小龍電影的人不覺得他走起來有點左右搖?下次他的影片出現時,我真要仔細看看。norman 寫:謝謝太極兄清楚的分析解釋。![]()

風濕可以養(所以不那麼難過),但是是醫不好的,不要上當了。

People say that "MoveFree" (which you can get from COSTCO) helps to lubricate joints. I personally love pork feet and beef tendon, but I am not sure if they can provide similar neutrition for joints.taichiskiing 寫:... It should work, the main ingredient is Glucosamine, and I use Osteo Bi-Flex brand, it helps somewhat. "Pork feet and beef tendon" for food dishes are really fancy and good for strengthening the tendons, but for medicine/補 purpose you probably have to eat too much to have the same affects nowadays.snowrider 寫:People say that "MoveFree" (which you can get from COSTCO) helps to lubricate joints.
