who learn from who is hard to say but for sure I know the mountain better. you are more than welcome to join us once you are in Whistler. We can only ski once a week mostly on sunday.

Hi pku - Thanks for offering the mountain tour. I'll pass the information to them. Yes, they are all my close friends. Just like you promote skiing in Vancouver area, I promote skiing in DC/Baltimore area. In our area, we don't have a giant resort as the one you have. My home resort Whitetail in PA hires more than 300 instructors, about 1/3 of the number that Whistler hires, but the resort is less than 1/30 the size of Whistler. You might want to ask ... are there so many people go skiing there? Yes because it's about only 1 hour driving distance away from a metropolitan, so we are very busy here every weekend. Hey, I am still very curious if Whistler would/could honor PSIA card?

I went to Cypress Mountain. a local mountian around 45 minutes from my home, 400-500 meter vertical. The biggest local mountain ( amount the 3 ) in Vancouver. It was crazy that day and all the parking lots are full. People need to pard on the road till 1-2 km away. I taught there more than 10 ysears ago and now the resort is totally different because they held the freestyle event there in Olympic. So much bigger than before. If you come next time, it's worth speed a day there.

That's very small ... maybe just a little bit bigger than Whitetail, which has 1000 ft (300 meter) vertical drop.
