I was looking for an all mountain ski so that I could use it to ski the West - in big mountains and on deep powder. I didn't want to get a pair of powder skis (with waist > 100 cm) because powder skis work only on powder. I demo-ed (i.e., tried) many models for many years. AC-50 was the best one I found. I was worry about AC50's ability to handle groomed. When I tried that on a groomed, my worry was gone right away. AC50 (with its waist 85 cm) is probably the fattest ski that is able to handle groomed well.

If I remember correctly, lelo also has a pair AC50.

另外再提問一下，關於您提到waist > 100 cm的問題，及AC50 its waist 85 cm，這些有什樣的差別呢？>100mm跟<100mm這個界限對什麼有影響呢？(我想>100cm應該是不可能的，cm是公分，就是滑板應該也沒這麼寬吧？所以我改了一下尺寸一下...)。

我記得我在2008年租雪板時，店員問我比較喜歡滑大轉還是小轉，我喜歡滑大轉，所以他拿一副不錯的板子給我滑，滑起來真的是大轉比較好使用，滑小轉時就得再適應及在動作上做細微的調整。

我想問的，有人知道滑大轉跟滑小轉的板子到底是如何區分及其中差異到底是什麼呢？ :p rimitives (52):

About the stiffness of skis, good skis normally are stiffer than cheap ones.

Skis for long range carving have higher radius, and most fat skis fall into this category.
Skis for short radius turns have smaller radius, and they most have waist less than 70 mm.
