Does anyone know the difference between HH Javlin and normal Javlin?
Why HH need to modify?

I think there is a basic difference HH Javlin uses release to change edge and then in HH Javlin the Free leg does not cross the busy skis but placed in a manor similating an exaggerated phantom move?Vicente 寫:Does anyone know the difference between HH Javlin and normal Javlin?

I guess regular javelin exercises counter more. Phantom javelin also exercises fore aft balance. You will be able to carve high C if you can perform Phantom javelin correctly. The high C here is different from what you know who is doing, which is only skiing and everybody can do that.
