Don't forget Norman is only the Next Time Skiing King. He only sit at home and talk on the forum. Carver at least try to ski a lot although his skiing is still not too impressive while Norman's skiing is still like an intermediate but boost himself as the Ski God.

Well, the way I see it, they're both intermediate skiers who think/boast themselves know/skiing better than their levels. Nevertheless, at least, norman is sincere about improving himself and learning the skiing knowledge, and Carver is 自以為逍灑，但是聰明反被聰明誤‧ Given his resources (money and time), he can be very good, but 去滑雪的目的是為了吃鮑魚的人，(which reflects that he cannot face his own short-coming,) 不管他怎麼練，是滑不出什麼高級滑雪的， and his using epicski and PMTS as his shield is quite pathetic.

"God," "King," “大師,”and etc., are typical net-bashers' terms for bashing, 捧的愈高，摔的愈重, so that naming itself already shows the sinister intents, I am 「有道者不處」。

You are a die hard skier and I was once a die hard skier too ( worked on the mountain and get free skiing and lesson for myself and family for few seasons )

Well, the way I see it, like the motto says, "things are worth doing are worth doing well," so I usually ski pretty hard, for learning/practicing techniques/skills first, later for the knowledge, and now is my way of life, and I feel more "alive" when I ski hard. Skiing life makes a good life.

So you have experience working on the mountain too, how do you like it? Skiing day-in and day-out for the whole season is quite a challenge, and for the wages they pay is really too cheap, but to get the whole family free skiing is really nice fringe benefit, 辛苦了.

You are right, it's not worth to work on the mountain since they pay too cheap. I worked one year full time on Whistler and the money I earned was not enough to pay the rent of my room there. Therefore, I decided to find a full time job in Vancouver and only ski for fun.

不過我在想，可能每次早上開始滑就已經10點11點後了，那這樣的說法就還好了。:20070220210945:

這裡一般雪場的輪椅周日九點、周末八點半開始轉‧到了十點，所有容易到的地方，粉雪、好雪、或是機壓的平坦都已經被滑完 (tracked-out) 了，你十一點以後到，只有爛雪滑了‧那是玩票/遲到的結果。

真是一群公子哥兒‧記得以前年輕的時候滑雪，從早上九點鐘趕“first chair”到下午四點的“last chair”，滑一天不停（坐覽椅時休息），不吃、不喝、不拉、也不停的‧滑雪第一，總得要討回票價才是平，不是嗎？

我們很多人也是這樣在滑啊！我通常是早上九點滑到晚上七點，不過中途會吃個午餐再上個廁所啦！而且午餐常常會省下來，所以晚上的自助餐很重要！

如果是有夜滑的雪場，其它人通常是五點休息，吃完晚餐後再上場，我則是一口氣滑到七點，再回去大吃一頓！

norman 兄這種公子哥兒，在臺灣人中也是異類的 ....

練功我在家裏就可以練了，就是現在拿著溜冰鞋或直排輪都能練功，還能從中進步，都已進步那麼快了，到雪場就是享受及滑雪或偶爾練習囉。

我也喜歡搶早上第一趟，只是偶爾就行了，大多舒服睡個飽吃完早餐再出門也是蠻不錯的，中餐一定要吃飯及休息個半小時以上吧？

至於lelo兄說的滑到7點再吃晚飯也不錯，但就上次在留壽都，我滑到六點後就開始想打瞌睡了，一邊打瞌睡一邊滑又一邊很冷，這就有點...了。
