Increase quite a bit because of the Mainland Chinese Rich guys. Just not easy to find a job here. Good for retirement since we got good and cheap chinese food and shopping can be done in US across the border. I went there everyweek for gas and grocery.

You drive across the border everyweek? How far does it take for you to get to the US? OK, I will consider that - moving to Vancouver for my retirement life. (Lake Tahoe is also a good retirement destination.)

41km from my house Chinese food good and cheap here. I got nexus card so usually less than 5 minutes wait to cross border. Another 30km to a town call Bellingham. Costco , Walmart , targets , Fred mayor got their stores there.

Housing are cheap at that border town

Whistler Base around 600M. Mid mountain Around 1000M. Top of the gondola 1800M, top of mountain top. close to 2200M. Hard to ski the top this time of the year since it's always foggy and white out. Our ski route is from 1800M down to 1000M
