這裡有點錯誤,up 造成減壓減速,所以是轉動能為位能,而 down 造成加壓加速,換位能為動能,同時平衡因向量而增加的地力‧對,up and down不是為了加、減速而是為了平衡/load and release the skis。

You are so kind to share your point However, the message may not be easily put into the receiver's ear. I have a mistake I actively give my help but the result is usually not my expectation. Perhaps, the reason is that they do not ask for my help.

You are right. I already stop discussing skiing with him and I have no plan to make further comment. When either one of us is good enough to understand what we are talking about, we will be able to tell wrong from right and do not need some else to force opinion on either one of us.
