謝謝你們的指導, 說真的能有一點點成績已經很高興, 我已把我新加的動作全列出來, 有什麼不對或用法不當的不妨提出來研究一下, 你說的開合問題那是 wedge 所產生的錯覺, 要做到沒有這現象個人覺得一是做好 release, 一是做好 unweight. 但兩者在這些超短彎都不好搞, 可能要很長時間才能有成就.

看了 csia 短片後對之前的技術作出了幾項修改.
1. 減少 unweighting, 任由轉彎的力帶體重過彎
2. 多利用 pole plant
3. 減少上身 rotation 改為增加 sidecut 入彎
4. 等待入彎後才作出 unweight 動作.

我是參考以下 underlined 的字句相出來的, 不知有沒有想錯.
Balancing on edges ( at apex)
- skier balances against edge of outside ski (等待)
- legs continue to turn resulting in increased edge pressure
- upper body is redirected

pressure control ( on turn exit) (入彎後)
- skier resists pressure ( unweight )
- skis bend
- skier will soon be deflected laterally

CSIA 的 balance 指力的位置ㄝ, more like "force platform", 因為用"Weight on outside ski" 會誤導. Pressure control 也是 dynamic 的, both 都意味著整個turn.

若單指 Phase (ii & iii) 的 Balancing on edges and Pressure control 而言,
"skier balances against edge of outside ski" 是where to create new platform.
"skier resists pressure" 不是 unweight, 反而像flexion with blend of inclination and angulation.
"skier will soon be deflected laterally" 是說 CoM is deflected by BoS when it builds up.
