I have seen many people talk about pmts in many forums, Chinese or English, even many in pmts forum, not just 大師．　but I rarely seen people really ski like pmts. Its not a sin, i believe its ok to talk as long as one is not claiming himself a pmts expert.

Upper body: 含臀部以上的.
Lower body: 只有腿和腳.
Separation: upper body still and quiet, lower body leads turning effort.
滑雪的動作, pivoting, edging and pressure control, 都是說lower body (腿和腳)

我引用Vicente兄所學的定義來問一下。

您認為做pivot slip的方法是用Lower body還是Upper body，還是以一定的比例一起用？

而教學上有說要用的是Lower body還是Upper body的哪一種呢？

今次練習是故意去除了 pmts 的 o-frame. 過程要很是小心才做得到, 令我想起之前的師傅說練了 ps 便會失去 tfr, 原來練了 tfr 也是會失去 ps. 看來兩個技術都要間中練習一下才可以保持一定的水平. 這練習就學到這裡, 謝謝大家參與和提供重要的技術分析. 接著來要練的是 dolphine turns. 有什麼要門可分享的請賜教.
